Prewar building built 1912 and converted into a coop in 1986. This coop has a great location, steps from Gramercy Park. This building epitomizes the Gramercy neighborhood.

Boasting 13.5-foot ceilings and an airy, open layout, with a unique penthouse. Likened to a loft, the main goal was the use of white with accent colors of grey, and blues to unify the entire space. Few furniture pieces were used to make the space bigger, accessories and art were the fundamental elements where these colors were used.

Adjacent to the living room is the well-proportioned dining nook, which is complete with a built-in banquette and shelving and offers direct access to the open kitchen. The kitchen reveals elegant countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Up one more flight, you will find the spacious lofted bedroom featuring 6-foot ceilings and spanning 20 feet long.
