Mark is the son of a carpenter and has been on the job site since the age of five. In 2018, Mark (licensed general contractor), and his partner, Enrique Silva (interior designer), formed Home Appeal NY to leverage the combination of real estate market experience with design/construction disciplines.
Mark specializes in purchase advisement, development site analysis, high-level consulting, and the sale and renovation of townhouses, condos and co-ops in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He is an expert in statistics, valuation, and forecasting, bringing his strong math and analytical skills to produce a stellar track record of meeting the needs of a discerning clientele.

DESIGNER & CO-FOUNDER
Enrique is a certified Interior Designer with the National Council of Interior Design and Leadership in Energy and Efficient Design Accredited Professional. A Bachelor and a graduate from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Architecture with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. Additionally, Enrique is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Compass in New York City and part of the Griffith/Rains Team.
Fluent in English , Spanish, Italian and French joined Home Appeal NY in 2018.
Has 35 years of experience in Hospitality, Corporate, Residential and Retail spaces.
